Returns & Exchanges
At Offduty India, we strive to ensure you love your fit, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free 7-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags intact to be eligible for a refund or replacement.
Initiate Request
Visit our Returns Center and enter your Order ID and mobile number to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Quality Inspection
Ensure the apparel is packed in its original packaging; our courier partner will conduct a brief quality check during the doorstep pickup.
Reverse Pickup
Once the request is approved, a pickup will be scheduled within 24-48 hours at no additional cost to you.
Refund or Exchange
After the product reaches our warehouse and passes final inspection, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or the exchanged size will be dispatched.
